​In early 2016 we made a commitment to improve both our operations and overall customers service experience, a decision which led to us investing in new technology. This investment has meant we are more efficient in terms of how we manage our workload and processes but it also means our customers benefit too.

Apollo Online Portal

By becoming an Apollo customer and getting your username and password you can:

- Book deliveries online

  • Our simple online booking form means you can book your delivery electronically in your own time, whether it be from your office or on the go via your tablet/mobile.

-Track your consignment in real time

  • From the moment your delivery is allocated to an Apollo driver you can track their progress via the real time tracker and interactive map. A great time saver if you need to know how close to a delivery we are.

-Receive and store proof of delivery information including copy signatures in real time.

  • Although we always email all your proof of delivery information we know that emails can be lost or deleted. Our platform allows you to view proof of delivery information for up to a year should you need it for audit purposes.

-Build up an address book of regular destinations.

  • To save time when booking you can build up your own address book of regular addresses.Again a great time saver when booking.
